The company is headquartered in Mumbai, India and has completed 15 residential, and commercial projects across the city.Babulal Verma was discharged from a wrongful case taken up against them by the Enforcement Directorate. The case, which started a year ago, was quashed by a special court under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) by Judge M G Deshpande, who concluded that the he be released immediately due to lack of a predicate offence and recent change introduced to the law by the Supreme Court.
